Compositing Demo Reel
This composition demo reel shows my wide range of skills across both Foundry Nuke and After Effects. I have experience with tracking, complicated cleanups, hair mattes and fully body character roto, using a range of techniques to achieve a desired outcome.
A New Hope
"A New Hope" is another group project I participated in, focusing on combining virtual production elements such as live action and 3D animation. Above is an excerpt of live action clips I was responsible for compositing, including chromakeying, colour correction and camera staging within the 3D environment within Unreal Engine. I was also responsible for previsualisation and camera animation of these shots.
I was able to key this footage using Adobe After Effects, further expanding my knowledge of the software, while expanding my skillset of composition, by learning the key differences in technique across other platforms such as Nuke.
Mando On Watch
"Mando On Watch" is a short clip produced using Nuke, combining all my learnt skills into one video.
By combing my skills including colour grading, chromakeying, tracking and building a 3D space from planes, I was able to create a realistic composition that I am proud of.
